Though directly adjacant to Berlin(-Zehlendorf) the small suburb Kleinmachow is as provincial as it gets. The small village hasn't got a proper village center just a small shopping mall circling a building that houses the townhouse. Nearby is the local youth community center and the Affenclub is situated in the basement of the very same building. The audience is composed of the local youth, between 14 and 16 years old. This is not a dance concert, just one person dances throughout the entire show and he appropriately wins the free CD during the "Better hurry"-dance contest. Only half of the 45 attendants/paying guests are even in the same room as the concert but those who are give good applause and decent reaction to the band while keeping seated or behind tables for the entire show. Brotherhood don't mind, they play a well-spirited, in parts even outstandingly inspired concert, all the while donning broad smiles. Kiryk particularly makes a great show by moving a lot, dancing and acting as a true show man! Beginning with the mid-temp numbers they increase the tempo of the show gradually. The Born Loser's Daniel Segura Villanova from Barcelona joins the band on guitar for a major portion of the show, just as during their concert in Barcelona 30.03.2007. Kiryk announces him as "speziellen Gast" who came especially for the show to Berlin. Again Danny adds a great West Coast charakter to the bands sound, providing great solos in "Love" and "Better hurry" as well as a cool Bob Weir-like rhythm to "The Drifter". The band holds a dance contest in "Better hurry" and they do their dance, though not very wildly. A surprise comes in the middle of the set: "Little red roster", not on the setlist, is pulled out spontaneously and they rip through it in true garage style (without harmonica). This is the first time that the song has been played at another venue than Berlin's Red Rooster Backstage bar. The definite highlight of the show is a wild and extraordinarily hot "Drifter" that finds Kiryk very inspired, he surpasses many of his previous year 2007 solos and makes this the most spine tingling version of the song of the year so far: he puts all his might into the solo to make it burn and smoke and he does the Hendriy-style solo singing. He also engages the audience in a back and forth "Yeah, yeah, yeah"-chant and they resume this remarkable version -- goosebumps and dropping jaws among the companions! More remarkable guitar freak-out can be heard in the encore “Mind garage” that finds Kiryk producing crazy technoid sounds with his effect pedals.
