The third Brotherhood show of three on this day. This concert was also originally scheduled to take place outside in a pretty park next to the venue but was moved inside the youth club because of the continueing heavy rain. Showtime 10 pm. Tradtionally Brotherhood is a late night band, peaking when people dance and party. Consequently this is the best gig of the day and the only one to resemble at least a bit a Dance Concert. Many people sit in the back but a small crowd stands in front of the stage, some dance, some swing gently to the music. The band kicks and is ultimately warmed up by now. Jan’s bass is very unpfront in the mix giving the sound a special groove. Kiryk plays some of his best solos of the day particularly shining with a metallicly hot guitar in “Loveâ€. “The drifter†is of average lenght (12 min) and comparetivly soft with a slightly mellow and psychedelic Pink Floyd-flavour in the quieter parts. Before a burning “Mind garage†Kiryk asks the audience for help and he leads them into a handclap which they keep up for the first verse of the song. The brothers ancore with the double stroke of “Last song†and “Surrender†played directly back to back without even a second gap between the songs. A fairly satisfying gig to round off a day of music that had been ruined by the rain consequently diminshing the band’s chance to play for bigger crowds.
