Tomahawk was on tour with Tool and Maynard got sick, resulting in the cancellation of the Moline, IL performance. Because of this cancellation, Tomahawk was able to throw this show together at the last minute. The only promotion this show received was a last-minute posting in the Ipecec forums on the day of show.;
