Various acoustic tracks and 2 interviews. Sound quality is not very good on some tracks, but still worth having because of rare songs like an acoustic version of "Harden My heart". "Off the record" interview with Mary Turner (tracks 7-23) has Marv and Rindy Ross talking about the beginnings of the band from Beggar's Opera, Seafood Mama to Quarterflash, Mt. St. Helen's eruption, songwriting, touring,etc.
"Spotlight Special" (tracks 24-45) is another interview with Marv and Rindy talking about the Portland,Oregon music scene, Rindy and Marv as teachers, Seafood Mama tune that landed them a record deal, book of Australian and New Zealand folk phrases that gave them the name Quarterflash, joining Elton John on tour, marriage, etc.
