This is the next installement in what I hope will eventually include every Van album.The versions here are not nescessarily the best quality versions of the tracks, but represent to me the best live versions available of Van performing the songs with some feeling and emotion. In all these versions he is not just going through the motions and he generally remains true to the original versions.
They span from 1972 to 2005 so differences in sound quality are sometimes evident but I have tried to blend them together as one unit On Sweet Thing notice the diggie diggie and harmonica On The way Young Lovers Do notice the Spanish bullfight horns On Cyprus Avenue his tongue does get tied for a while-!!!until he starts giving the band instructions On Slim Slow Slider he is right into it
