"Sweet Pickle Salad" was a mid-90s side project featuring Chris Robinson and Marc Ford from the Black Crowes, plus Andy Sturmer and Roger Manning, Jr. from Jellyfish, Jimmy Ashurst from the JuJu Hounds, Craig Ross from Lenny Kravitz' band, and some guy on flute.
Most Black Crowes fans are aware of these amazing sessions, but Jellyfish fans should seek them out as well given the fact that Andy and Roger obviously played an important role in the creation of these songs (which, at the time of their recording, were described by the band as a cross between CSNY and Pink Floyd).
