My recollection of this show is that it was a new place for us, in the hometown of the booking agent who handled our college gigs. Not very many people showed up, but it was an ok gig nonetheless. The club had a big stage, good P.A. and lots of lights, which always made it fun for us. The main thing I remember was the heat and exceptional humidity that day (it was only May, after all) and the lack of AC in the club. You can kind of hear how "dead" the air was. My bongos and congas wouldn't stay tuned, and kept stretching out from the humidity.
