In two reliable Lacy-discographies it's listed as 02/03/84 and there's another "Lazy Bird"-gig listed on 02/04/84 as well - so it obviously was a two-day residency in this club, on the 3rd & 4th of February.
It is correct because I have 2 concerts with the same date and different tunes !
