Comment
Voodoo Children was an impromptu group consisting of two Jason Newsted and Kirk Hammett of Metallica, plus Tony Prinzivalli (guitar/vocals), Whitey Chrobak (keyboards) and Tim Lau (drums). They got together on this night only to play at a benefit for the family of bluesman John Campbell. They played four songs, all John Campbell covers, and this set most commonly circulates - horrendously mislabeled - as the first part of bootleg entitled "Voodoo Children: The Instrumentals".

Many sources claim that members of Blues Traveler (specifically, John Popper and Chan Kinchla) were part of Voodoo Children, but this is technically not correct; while Blues Traveler was there that night, they played their own (brief) set, and then at the end of the night, joined on what is labeled "Set 2" here - actually a jam of several musicians on two blues standards plus a final instrumental jam and closing comments.
