The CUBE ensemble includes oboist and horn player Patricia Morehead, flautist and vocalist Janice Misurell-Mitchell, keyboardist Philip Morehead, flautist Caroline Pittman, clarinetist Christy Voss, and percussionist Dane Richeson. Joining the ensemble here as guest artists were Yang Wei and Betty Xiang. The two Chinese-born, Chicago-based musicians are masters of the traditional Chinese instruments, the pipa and erhu, and have worked in a variety of prestigious settings, including Yo-Yo Ma's acclaimed Silk Road Project.
