It is still unknown if this is really Earth (one of the names Sabbath went by before they became Black Sabbath). I read that Tony Iommi heard a few minutes of the third jam in 1998 and said that it wasn't Earth. It is basically long stoner jams. Usuallu a lot of guitar soloing over one or two bass riffs. I have to admit that it does sound like Iommi's style of lead work to me. Let the mystery and intrigue take over! I like to imagine that this is the real thing!
