Probably an incomplete setlist.
According to Robert Gotobed's diary Wire played London seven times in 1978:
02/02 - Marquee
02/22 - Lyceum
03/21 - 100 Club
07/02 - Lyceum
10/05 - City Polytechnic
11/22 - Marquee
11/23 - Marquee
Because of the inclusion of "A Question of Degree", it might be one of the November dates. Possibly July or October, but certainly not the earlier dates. This tune doesn't show up on other boots or studio sessions until November.
