Excellent performance, as usual, with some entertaining comments from John McCrea, as usual. The venue is outdoors and standing room only, and the recording was made from the middle of the very lively crowd; hence a fair amount of audience participation (not necessarily a bad thing). It was a really hot evening, with not even a hint of a breeze.
The recording was edited to fit on an 80 minute disc; about 3 minutes of crowd noise before the encore was removed and fades were added to the start and end. Levels were boosted to 120%, as they were somewhat low. No other modifications were made.
