Original commentary follows:
Below is a listing of what?s on the 9 discs. For individual track names and discographical details, please see http://www.dpo.uab.edu/~moudry/discintr.htm
Disc 1
?State Street? ? the first track on ?The Invisible Shield?. The remainder of this album was licensed to Black Lion and is available on ?Janus? and ?Standards?.
?Secrets of the Sun? ? licensed to Evidence but they could never find master tapes or a suitable copy to issue. Here is a version of the album with some surface noise and slight skipping in Track 2 as I recall.
?Secrets of the Sun? ? another version with different surface noise and different slight skipping. The two versions have different tonal characteristics so I never tried to combine the two into a ?best? version.
Disc 2
?Featuring Black Sanders & Black Harold? good copy
?Monorails and Satellites Vol. 2? good copy
Disc 3
?Strange Strings? released on Ra?s Thoth Intergalactic label. Actually got a Down Beat review I believe. From a recent vinyl limited reissue.
?Space Probe? with surface noise but good sound
Disc 4
?My Brother the Wind Vol. 1? a strange album that really grows on you, excellent copy which I think was the 4th copy I traded for
?Continuation? tracks 1, 2, 5, and 6. Tracks 3 and 4 were licenced to Blast First and are on the CD ?Out There A Minute?.
A second copy of Continuation Track 2 as there is slight skipping on the one above.
Disc 5
?Night of the Purple Moon? good copy
Disc 6
?Dark Myth Equation-Visitation? aka ?Line in Egypt? nice copy.
Disc 7
?Nidhamu? nice copy
?Universe in Blue? good copy. Most copies have more tape hiss than this and become unlistenable. Nice little album when you can hear it. Note the track break between 1st and 2nd cut is as it was on album and is probably the result of the recording cassette being flipped over.
Disc 8
?What?s New? Side A. Good copy. Side B on most copies was Side A of ?The Invisible Shield?.
?Horizon? decent copy.
