*The best performance of the band I have seen thus far. If you are able to see And You WIll Know Us By The Trail Of Dead... I highly, highly recommend them. the drummer/guitarist/other vocalist was standing in the bar & I went up & talked to him for a min. Told him it was my 6th time seeing them & that I just wanted to make sure that audio taping was cool. Jason said 'of course man, taping is cool with us'. So, I grabbed the TOD show from last Oct at the Magic Stick where they played & gave it to him. He was like, what's this... told him it was my AUD recording from that show. It was weird man, he looked at me & he was like genuinly touched that someone would go out of there way for the band. Gave me a hug & said that if anyone gives me any trouble taping them anywhere to ask any of the band members. On the way out, the bassist was standing in the door & we started talking about taping... he told me that before the show they took a listen to a few tracks from the Magic Stick show I gave the m; pretty cool! Said they liked it & appreciated it... told em I have 5 others I have yet to give them including this show. Just a really, really positive experience. Great band, cool guys who are fan/taper friendly.
