Snow Patrol played on the Other Stage.. It was quite windy
The reference to spiderman: someone towards the front of the audience had a 3' high toy spiderman, attached to a pole, and was waving it about (well, it made a change from the usual flags on poles!). The cheer in the middle of Ways And Means was for a crowdsurfer.
