-- This traditionally was a portioned show labeled 11/16/92 with BOWA, SMTS, and The Maker. BOWA and SMTS are live, and studio polished, The Maker is studio, probably circa 12/91, 6/92 Ardent Studios, or perhaps from an unknown studio performance in 1992. The bulk of the songs were the original Filler on the 1/5/92 Rutabaga Demo tape. After dates became confused, it was often traded as 1/5/92 Trax. 11/16/92 is not the true date, but judging by the sound of the songs, it was probably put together around that time.
-- No one is really sure why the band put together the live demo. It?s plausible that they used the demo to ?shop around? their music to record companies. This is simply speculation, but the band did use some sort of live demo to introduce their music to record companies. (AM.org)
