Recorded on April 23, 2007 at HairyLarryLand Credits: Producer - Larry Heyl Performer - Hairy Larry Comments: Randy Gambill and I went down to Coldwater, Mississippi to play a benefit for Rusty Youngblood, a friend of mine from Fireman's Campground at The Biscuit. Rusty had a stroke last month and friends of his had this great party in his honor. They raised a lot of money too, to help Rusty and Cheryl through this difficult time. I wrote this song at the benefit and decided to call it "Youngblood Benefit". Here's a link to photos of the musicians who played for free to help Rusty and Cheryl. Benefit For Rusty Youngblood There are more pictures in the Photo Gallery. It was very windy so I recorded this with my Lawrence soundhole pickup and my Audio Technica AT831b lav mic. Even with the windscreen the audio through the little AT was bad so I mixed it mono.
