Learning To Fly Lineage: SS DSM6/L > Tascam iXJ2> iPhone XR > Twisted Wav (app) > AirDrop (Transfer to Mac/PC) > Wavelab 6.1 > CDWAV > FLAC  Recorded by: Relayer35 Comments: This was the fourth time I've seen these guys in 3 months. I've been very impressed with them, and they seem to be in my area often. One of the most impressive things about them is that they play different sets. Even though I saw "The Wall" set already, the encore was completely different. In fact, only "Wish You Were Here" and "Comfortably Numb" were played at all four shows! That's pretty impressive for a non Jam Band!  I usually run two recording rigs and pick whichever I think came out better. Unfortunately, only one recording actually came out this time. The other recording sounds like someone is fast forwarding through the show when playing it back. I have absolutely no idea what happened there. I'm pretty convinced that the other rig/mics would have made for a better capture, but at least I got this one. I don't think it's as nice as the other Machine shows, but my opinon seems to vary daily, as sometimes I listen to it and I think it sounds great, and other times, I'm not so sure. (You can check out the sample in the comments section and decide for yourself). The biggest issue is the crowd noise to music ratio is not good. This is the 2nd time I've been to this theater, and I haven't been overly impressed with the acoustics. I did a fair amount of editting of some of the between track crowd noise toward the end of the show, as the wine kicked in for the woman sitting next to me. No music or stage banter was lost, just some drunk screaming. Artwork is included in the torrent, with photos from the actual show. PLEASE DO NOT USE AS A SOURCE FOR A MATRIX.  Please share this recording in unaltered lossless quality. If you need to remaster, or something, let me know, and I can provide the undedited raw master (without EQ/volume tweaks) for you to use.  -- MP February 2020
