This was a half hour program that covered various Minnesota bands. This was a video program that was simulcast on Cities 97. You can find the video on youtube. I don't remember for sure where the live segments were recorded. Might have been in the KTCA studios. If anyone knows for sure please let me know. Also the broadcast date was probably either February 28th or March 13th, not the performance date. Again, if anyone has more complete information, please fill us in.
