On Most Surfaces (Inuït) and Grounded were both on the setlist, but crossed out and not played. Frank Boeijen was unable to tour, Remco van Zandvoort plays keyboards and adds his own touch to Saturnine. The enthusiastic crowd seemed to unlock something in Silje and she looked noticeably more comfortable during the Anneke-era songs than the numerous times I had seen her with The Gathering in the past. René's theremin seemed to lag coming on and glitched during I Can See Four Miles (likely caused by the walkie-talkie of the security guy), problems that didn't surface the night before nor after. Silje joins Remco on keyboards during I Can See Four Miles. This recording is slightly imbalanced favoring the left channel since the venue had no center fill speakers, but the back wall of the room did well to fill out the sound compared to the (covered) outdoors venue in León the night before.
