Dropout occurs at the 00:12 mark of Giants. Venue is unknown, however Sean Kelly gives us one clue at the end. He thanks the audience and certain venue staff then says "support your local bands. Vote for Jerry Brown" Jerry Brown was a former Governor in California, so this venue is possibly in California.
