This was the first gig we played at Fat Cat in Manhattan. Our good friend Don Hahn has had a twice-monthly gig there for years and it was him vouching for us that resulted in us being able to play there. Fat Cat isn't some world-famous jazz club, but it is a New York City-famous jazz club, so this show felt like a really big deal for us at the time, and I guess it kind of was.
