This was the smallest venue on the tour. Really cool room and the staff was really nice too. The crowd started showing up about half way through Keith's set. You can clearly hear it on the recording after each song there are more and more people clapping. The house sound man was not the friendliest guy. In fact, he was downright apathetic from what I remember. I tried to give him some direction during Keith's sound check, but it was not received apparently. It shows on the recording at times, but I got it sounding pretty good after the fact despite that. The vocals are low at times especially in the beginning. The soundboard signal was extremely dry. That was easily remedied in post production. The AKG mics I set up back at the soundboard sounded great because it was such a small room. It really added to the roundness of the recording. A great performance by Keith as well, and he even did the Transylvania jam at the end of Neck Hurts. A first for this tour!
