In the introduction of the band O'Brien mentions their show at CBGB's coming up. From Jack via e-mail regarding which 1995 NYC show this is: "My CRS is pretty severe on the whole music biz adventure-it all seems to run together at this point, lol...However I was always under the impression that that NYC show was from CBGBs and I clearly remember that we played a really long set there because it pissed off some of the other 50 or so bands that played that night..." In April of 2008, Jack made a free download compilation of Liquor Cabinet tracks from the 1995 NYC show and an Athens, GA show from 1990. Titled "What's In A Name?" It featured liner notes with typically self-deprecating humor from Logan: "Sounding good is not something I would associate with the live tracks recorded in New York City in 1995 and Athens in 1990. We certainly didn't have an original sound; the Chuck Berry-via-the-Stones-with-punk-whatever we traded in was pretty unremarkable stylistically and is currently about as hip as pot roast. The songwriting, while not entirely hopeless, was merely servicable for the most part and listening to these recordings again I can't help but wonder what the hell people like Peter Jesperson or the late Timothy White heard in them..." Liquor Cabinet: Jack Logan : Vocals Kelly Keneipp : Guitar, Keys Dave Phillips : Guitar Aaron Phillips : Drums Eric Sales - Bass, BVOX Source: unknown CD-R > WAV > FLAC FLAC by Mike Roeder from WAV's ripped by Jack Logan from his archives
