The previous 8 were at the Blue Nile and this one was moved to the slightly larger, much nicer venue. We were hoping for a Keith Richards appearance as the Stones had been scheduled for this day at Jazz Fest but, of course, that didn't happen. Anyway, I've only missed 2 of the now 9 Piano Session shows, I think, and this was easily the best, highlighted by the great guest turn by Cyril. More great stories from Ivan are here as well. Complete video is on youtube via nugs.net. Also, the opening is rather lengthy, @12", but I thought it needed to be included. My neighbors were just a touch chatty, but nothing too bad.
