Hence "Cropduster Blues". This is a Jazzy 12 bar blues. I've been playing some Jazz and I wanted to write another Jazz original. I wrote the change the evening of the 23rd and I wrote the little lead part in the fourth bar this morning before I recorded it. I wore the hat that Whisker Fish gave me again. I call it Delta Boogie after the first song I recorded wearing it. I'm back to my all black against a light background theme except the light background is my very light blue house. I think this video theme works exceptionally well on this song. I used the AKG D690 again and I got some wind noise which I could have controlled but the birds were just way too loud on that channel. So I went to mono using the contact mics installed in the guitar and the birds were still loud. But not unbearably so.
