We're having a really cold spring, but this particular day was gorgeous. Very little wind and sunshine! Yeah! Still smoothing out our arrangements and performance. Good tunes all around. Still trying new things with various analog synth patches. Need to continue fleshing that out. Tried out "You Are So Beautiful". Interesting story behind this tune. I (Kevin) used to make fun of this tune by mocking the ending that sir Cocker (Joe Cocker) puts on it (I think he breaks down and cries just a little). Then I was noodling around on my grand piano and actually tried to ear-tune the piece and found out: 1) it's actually harder than it sounds...and 2) it's a very beautiful and heartfelt song that anyone could dedicate to whomever they love. Soooo...my family is sick of hearing it, I might as well foist it on the public at large. Until next time, Kevin B. Selby
