Selby - Vocals, Keyboards, Bass, Drums and drum programming Greg Miner - Sax (alto and tenor), Flute, Harmonica, Auxiliary Percussion Musicians perspective: Bookwalter called us at 11:30 AM to see if we could come play last minute. I got ahold of the guys and we went and did the thing. Little bit of mic feedback in the earlier sets...I am CONVINCED that it is the sax mic, but I'm not entirely sure. Isolated the EQ band and controlled it to a certain extent. Energy not as high as other gigs. Arrangements are decent, mix is getting better. I'm still not convinced that I should have gotten rid of the M-Audio 88SX since it really defined the B3 sound that I wanted. Still playing with the Yamaha DGX-305 and running it through the Boss Leslie pedal in an attempt to get a decent B3 sound. Not convinced yet. Some day it would be fun to get a Yamaha PSR-S900 and then turn around and use the PSR-S700 running through the Boss pedal and THEN I would probably get not just one but SEVERAL decent B3's since the S700 has decent organ sounds but not any decent leslie to speak of.
