Really good show, more fun than the last one I saw in San Francisco at the Great American (which someone else recorded and uploaded here for me recently). After not playing San Francisco for years, they played there twice last year - the first show being immediately after I left the city for a stay in London. Then, they played a special Halloween/Rocky Horror show in London immediately after I left there. I kept missing them last year, so it was extra good to finally see them again. Also, it was a $19 ticket. You guys all need to see this band when they come through. Support them. As for this show, "Carefully Try" was played live for the first time. I recorded this from the front row. Sound's definitely not amazing, but it's pretty good. I recorded the two opening bands (Harper Simon, Friends And Family) from this same position and can upload if there's interest. Harper Simon is Paul Simon's kid and is pretty decent. Friends And Family were just on the NW shows and are local. They were much more similar to the Polyphonic Spree than Harper Simon, with a decently large number of people on stage (8) and a fun and energetic show. They also had the tiniest setlists I've ever seen. I took one and it fits in my hand. **This info .txt file was edited from the original (formatting) and the FLAC files were properly tagged using xACT by Justin Kacz on 2013-09-13**
