Tracking each of these different parts would have been practically impossible. Plus, I believe it's meant to be heard in it's entirety. The imagery comes from the Hieronymous Bosch painting "The Garden of Earthly Delights" And probably more from the third panel that depicts Hell as Bosch imagined it in 1503-1504.
