A Loveboat Mutherfn Supreme! Friends Erin Lunsford and Disco Risque opened the show. Friend of the band, Hunter White, introduced the band to a recording of the "Loveboat Theme" as band members walked out one by one. KSC went into their own funky rendition of Coltrane's "A Love Supreme," fusing elements of "Pt I- Acknowledgment" and "Pt II- Resolution." The band performed a bunch of special Valentine's Day covers: The Beatles' "I've Just Seen a Face," Van Morrison's "Into the Mystic," and Flight of the Concord's "Business Time." "Disco Jam" features trumpet extraordinaire Ryan Calonder of Disco Risque. "Cherry Tree" and "393" feature the magical flute wizard Roger Fox in all his glory. KSC debuted the new song "I want to thank you" in which they proceeded to thank the audience for all the years of friendship and support (and for the morning coffee!). Photo creds: Bryan Murphy
