They sound really good when they're all plugged in and just using the single mic for the vocals. Ryan stayed out there with his fiddle for the great Triscuit opener. Jason was playing a different guitar in the first set, too. I didn't recognize it, but I liked the sound! Other first set highlights were Fairy Tale, Baby Hold On, and Potter's. That has become a completely different animal and it's really got a life of its own now! Set two kicked off with The Doctor and a raging Loving Cup. I think there was a Heads tune in there as well, but I missed it (and hey, I was wrong on the Crosseyed last week, too). Boogie On was a real fun funkfest, and everyone thought that would be the end of the show. But then we got a huge Squirms to close it out at 1:44. Another great night at the `Booze! There's going to be another great rock show at the `Booze tonight with RAQ. Try to check them out if you can – they really are amazing!
