These were 30 minute tweener sets in between the Main Stage acts. Envy Alo was filling in for Formula 5 who was unable to attend the festival. As a result, original guitarist Kevin Hinder had a previously scheduled show with his other band Kind Hearted Strangers and was unable to attend. This resulted in several sit-ins from other bands. [1] "Back On The Train" and "Take Me To The River" featured Patrick Harvey (Cycles) on guitar. [2] "Disco Yes" and "When I'm Kissing My Love" featured Alex Cazet (Kessel Run) on tenor saxophone, Kirk Larson (Kessel Run) on drums and Cameron Canepa (Kessel Run) on guitar. [3] "That's What Love Will Make You Do" featured Matt Flaherty (Part & Parcel) on guitar and Cody Wales (Magic Beans) on drums. It also contained "Imperial March" (John Williams) and "Also Sprach Zarathustra" (Richard Strauss) teases. [4] "Either Day" featured Matt Flaherty (Part & Parcel) on guitar and Casey Russell (Magic Beans) on keys. [5] "Only Way", "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" and "Do It Like You Do" featured Cameron Canepa (Kessel Run) on guitar. [6] "Cosmic Girl" featured Cameron Canepa (Kessel Run) on guitar and Alex Cazet (Kessel Run) on tenor saxophone. Taper Notes: Behind the board, far stage-left, off-center. Mic stand was set on a bar counter, they were raised around 6' DIN configuration. Kevin Supina's sax is a bit low in the mix so I tried to compensate with the audience feed. Patrick's guitar was a bit high during the second set and clipped a few times which I fixed in post but nothing that is too noticeable. Thanks to FOH engineer Ed Myszkier for the board patch and mix!
