How You Can Help http://visitoldellicottcity.com/ The Ellicott City Partnership (ECP) is accepting donations to help business owners, property owners and residents recover from the flood.  All donations are tax deductible. Our organization was founded in 2013 through the merger of the? Ellicott City Restoration Foundation and the Ellicott City Business Association. Working with business and community leaders, the ECP was instrumental in Old Ellicott City’s acceptance as a Maryland Main Street Community in 2014. In the wake of the July 2016 flash flood, the ECP raised a total of $1.8 million dollars and administered five separate relief programs to 190 residents in 107 households, 90 businesses, and 81 property owners. Our organization shouldered $60K in administrative costs to support our  community. The ECP continues to support Old Ellicott City businesses, residents and property owners through education opportunities, providing resources and marketing plus partnerships with Howard County Government agencies. The Maryland Small Business Development Center continues to help aid our businesses. By Mail:  (Please make your check payable to the Ellicott City Partnership) Ellicott City Partnership P.O. Box 92 Ellicott City, MD  21041 Your donation is tax deductible. In 2016, ECP collected and distributed over $1.85 million which was used to assist the Historic District with recovery. Please consider making a tax deductible donation via PayPal using the above Donate button.   CLOTHING / FOOD / FURNITURE We are not accepting accepting clothing, food, or furniture donations.  Information on when these items are needed and where to make your donation will be posted when available.   VOLUNTEERS In addition, we ask that everyone stay away from the Historic District to allow first responders to clear the area, and for the safety of buildings and infrastructure to be assessed. Information about volunteer opportunities will be posted as soon as it is available.  Please wait to contact us regarding volunteer offers until that time.   Thank you for your concern and continued support of Old Ellicott City.
