[2] "Ghost Dance", "Bag & A Bottle" & "Anchors" were all original debuts. "Bag & A Bottle" contained a "Streets Of Cairo" tease. [3] "Little Spoon" contained "Big Country" (Bela Fleck) and "96 Quite Bitter Beings" (CKY) teases. Taper Notes : Stage right of the board (slightly right of DFC) mics raised around 9' PAS.
