I immediately checked that it was OK to add my owns mics to the pole. Anyway, the show started and right from the off we all knew we were in for something special. I was at the show in Bristol on Wednesday, but this was a totally different feel, a totally different type of audience - they were ready to ROCK, and Alejandro & The Band certainly provided the music to allow them to do that. There were many rumours and whispers that Alejandros' good friend Mr Springsteen would be at the show, but this didn't happen. As it turned out any more rock would've brought the roof in on the place and he really wasn't missed. A storming show, closed off by a fabulous rendition of Sway in recognition of the Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary. Hope it all came across in the recording, I had a great time.
