  This was a 2 band show. I only recorded
  the 2 set inspired JGB show. Show
  was sold out. In a second floor of a
  barn style bar. Large room with stage
  in front, SBD in middle. Rafters that
  hang low from ceiling. Mics just under
  rafters.

  Recorded Directly to right of SBD
  - DFC. Mics on stand at ~8.5 feet.
  The sound at the venue was good
  and loud.

  The sound of the recording is good to
  very good. Overall very low crowd noise.

  Performance: A+

  This was a 3 band show. I only recorded
  the JGB set. Show was close to sold out.
  Stu is not feeling well and he did not
  sing as much thus more jamming then
  usually. First song is over 20 mintues
  long. Melvin seemed to be playing more
  maybe due to Stu sickness. Very high
  energy from the crowd and the band.

A nice short set by Melvin and the JGB, opening for the Levon Helm Band. About an hour or so long, a couple of Dylan tunes, and a nice Sugaree, make for some great listening. Show featured Dave Hebert in the Jerry spot on vocals and guitar.

  The sound at the venue was good.
  Quixotes adds a second monitor for
  these crowded shows. So it was louder
  then normal. Crowd banter can be
  heard but is mostly background.
